Corporate team building

This unique interactive programme uses the style of the hit BBC1 TV show The Team Apprentice.  The day is high impact, lots of fun and builds skills in negotiation, delegation, team work and of course leadership.  It builds core skills for all staff levels to know how their behaviors and choices can build or undermine team-play. The end result is a whole greater than the sum of the parts.

Watch one of our recent clients and the fun they had creating the QVC stylevideo during this programme:

Format
It’s a one day, off-site experience where teams must complete challenges set around the city or town of your choice. Teams compete head to head and will gain or lose points depending on their performance throughout the day. The event can be run for up to 100 people.

Challenges
Here are a few examples of the challenges to choose from:

Business Hunt
The challenge is to solve cryptic clues, discover the retail store name and bring back the store managers' business card.  This tests real world time management, influence and problem solving abilities.

Exponential Cash
We give you £5, you turn it into as much money as you possibly can throughout the day.  Your creative minds and ability to turn nothing into something are going to be rather valuable today.

True Busking
Teams must generate as much money as possible busking their talents. The props are a mystery and will only be divulged on the day.

Persuasion
Kyle MacDonald was able to swop a red paper clip for a house.   The challenge is to use negotiating skills and persuasion power to trade a small value item for a high value item...

QVC Apprentice
This fast paced final challenge is based around a product launch.  Teams have to perform a presentation to ‘the board’ whilst also creating a QVC style video, which are judged at the end of the day.

What participants can do as a result:

  • Fun Teamwork
  • Real world Negotiation
  • Real-time strategy planning
  • Allocating resources
  • On the sport decision making
  • Delegation
  • Playing to key individual strengths
  • Communication
  • Time management
