1. Measurable Outcomes

A key to any development activity is to understand and document the measurable outcomes desired.

The first stage we undertake is to meet with your key stake holders in order to get a clear understanding of the current business situation and how the individual or teams increased effectiveness can contribute to improved performance of the business.

2. Buy-in

All participants and their line managers are interviewed by the programme coaches in order that we fully understand the business challenges and situation that your team and individuals face.

This is essential in ensuring that the context, personal coaching and training room experience for your team is highly relevant to their day-to-day situation.

3. Tools and Techniques

Delivery of techniques and concepts becomes much more powerful when we have achieved a full understanding of your business and individual challenges.
Our programmes feature practical hands on tools and techniques that are designed to help you tackle your day-to-day challenges. Our trainers have hands on business experience in each of their subject areas and their coaching comes from proven experience not academic theory. This ensures they can relate to your issues and provide ideas and techniques that are highly practical and of immediate value.

4. Application

Fundamental to the PDG approach is hands on application-based training. Our programmes feature business application projects between sessions, strong coaching in the training room and accountability. We ensure that accountability is fixed at a number of levels.

Participants - to apply the concepts in their place of work.

Training Material - Participants will test the relevancy and context of the programme content where it matters, live in their specific job situations.

Trainer/Coach - Our trainers will be available throughout the project, between meetings and significantly post programme coaching is an option. Research shows that post programme coaching can increase the effectiveness and impact of training results and productivity by up to 60%. Post programme coaching is available for all participants.
